Standard Policy
Payments and deposits are non refundable.
If you are travelling and arriving via a cruise ship, payments and deposits are fully refundable in the event that weather prevents your cruise ship from docking or tethering at the port. In the event of a change of cruise ship itinerary for any other reason a refund will not be due.
Change or cancellation for any other reason will not be grounds for a refund. In these cases, please refer to your travel insurance arrangements.
